Technically, I wasn't able to read this book. (Too bad, I'm a bit regretting it now. Next time, I'll make sure my gadget is working well to enjoy a good book like this.)
Initially, I thought this book won't interest me at all. Though I like books in this category, I'm not really into meditations (but I enjoy quiet times, reading).
The table of contents reminds me that I'm not alone. The chapters listed pinpoints the issues I'm also struggling with, like "Make Your Health a Priority", "Worry and the Soul", "Managing Your Energy", "Money, Money, Money!", "God is Your Partner" and a whole lot more.
Knowing that someone (or more likely, others) also struggled with the same topics, I'm finding hope that I'll also overcome these.
Now, I think I'll head to a nearby bookstore to look for this book. I'm still a bit old school when it comes to books. Though I enjoy the convenience and portability of ebooks, I love the companion of physical books and good coffee ;)
P.S.
I learned about this book from *Blogging For Books*
